Our Process

These are the actions you need to take as soon as one of your loved ones have passed.

The First thing you should do is Notify us, and we will organise the collection of your loved one to be transported to our funeral home. For us to collect the body, we need a medical practitioner to issue either a medical death certificate or life extinct. An attending GP or the hospital/aged care facility organises this. Secondly; We will contact you to organise an appointment to arrange the funeral according to your wishes. And Lastly, our professional team will be with you from the start to the very end of the whole process.
